- 1/2 cup raspberries, frozen or fresh
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2-3 tsp honey or sugar
- 1 Tbl dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp thyme, fresh and finely chopped
- 1.4 tsp onion powder, (optional)
Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
- Add all of the ingredients, except for the oil to a food processor or a blender. Mix until mixture is smooth. Slowly add the oil until it is well blended.

What If I don't Have Raspberries?

Sometimes raspberries are not in season, hard to find, or you didn't keep frozen raspberries in your freezer. Here is a 3 ingredient recipe that is quick and easy.

1/4 cup raspberry jam or raspberry preserves

1/4 cup of raspberry vinegar

2/3 cup olive oil or canola oil or vegetable oil
How to Prepare
Using a food processor or blender, mix the jam and vinegar and slowly add the oil. Mixture is done when It is thick and creamy. You can add some fresh thyme like in the recipe above for a scintillating flavor for your tastebuds.
